How do I install StockTrail?
Install it from the Shopify App Store listing. Once installed it appears in your Shopify admin under Apps, and inventory changes begin syncing automatically.
What data does StockTrail access?
It reads inventory, product, order, and report data to build your change history. It does not modify your inventory and does not store customer personal information.
Will it slow down or rate-limit my store?
No. Changes are synced into a dedicated database, so lookups are instant and never consume your store’s API limits during normal use.
How do I delete my data?
Uninstalling the app triggers automatic deletion of your store’s data. You can also email us to request deletion at any time.
