Data Deletion
We respect your right to control your data. How deletion works depends on the app - each app’s privacy policy has the specifics:
StockTrail (Shopify)
Uninstalling StockTrail from your Shopify admin automatically triggers deletion of your store’s data. In line with Shopify’s requirements, we honor the mandatory compliance webhooks customers/data_request, customers/redact, and shop/redact.
Requesting deletion manually
To request deletion at any time, email a2bcast@gmail.com from the address associated with your account (include your store domain for StockTrail). We’ll confirm and process the request promptly.
